Corporate Gifting FAQ
Where strategy meets sentiment — because your brand deserves better than branded pens.

How does the corporate gifting process work?
Every project begins with a strategy call. We’ll learn about your brand, your goals, your audience, and what you want the gift to accomplish — gratitude, recognition, loyalty, or delight. From there, our team develops a custom gifting proposal outlining creative concepts, design direction, materials, packaging, and delivery options.
Once approved, our production team manages everything from creation to fulfillment — whether you need ten meaningful gifts or ten thousand unforgettable ones.

Do you work with all company sizes?
Absolutely. We collaborate with boutique firms, startups, and Fortune 500s alike. Whether it’s an intimate board-level gesture or a large-scale employee gifting program, every project receives the same care, creativity, and attention to detail.

How much lead time do you need?
For smaller projects (under 50 gifts), we recommend at least 3–4 weeks.
For larger programs, especially those involving global delivery or custom production, 6–8 weeks ensures perfection — and peace of mind.
That said, we’ve been known to pull off miracles when necessary.

What’s the price range?
Corporate gifts start at $100 per recipient and scale depending on quantity, design complexity, and customization. Some clients prefer a single signature gift; others commission multi-tiered gifting experiences. Either way, your investment will always look — and feel — more valuable than the spend.

How does payment work?
Once you’ve approved your corporate gifting proposal, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due 7 days prior to shipment.
For ongoing or large-scale corporate programs, we also offer retainers, phased billing, or quarterly invoicing. All major payment methods are accepted.

Can you handle fulfillment and logistics?
Yes — every part of it.
We oversee wrapping, branded materials, shipping coordination, and international deliveries. Whether gifts are going to one headquarters or 500 home offices, our team ensures they arrive beautifully and on time.

Can you include our company branding?
Of course — but we do it tastefully.
We specialize in subtle, sophisticated branding that enhances rather than dominates. Think embossed logos, custom color palettes, signature materials, or packaging inspired by your brand story.
No stress balls. No coffee mugs. No clichés.

Can gifts be customized by department, tier, or individual recipient?
Absolutely. We can design multi-tiered gifting programs based on role, tenure, or client level — or create fully personalized gifts for key stakeholders. Each concept can align to your brand’s culture, industry, or current campaign.

Do you create corporate experiences as well as physical gifts?
Yes. Many of our clients commission experiential gifting — such as immersive events, curated weekend retreats, interactive art pieces, or legacy capsules tied to their brand values. Corporate gifting can be an experience, not just an exchange.

What should I prepare before reaching out?
You don’t need all the answers — just the basics:
-
Number of recipients (estimate is fine)
-
Occasion or purpose
-
Desired tone (luxurious, heartfelt, playful, etc.)
-
Budget range
-
Timeline
-
Any restrictions or brand guidelines
-
Designate a point person for your project
From there, we’ll take care of the details — and add the magic.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with global brands and ship worldwide.
We handle customs, fulfillment, and any necessary translation or localization for packaging and messaging.

What makes Maison Soirée corporate gifting different?
We don’t do swag. We do storytelling. Our gifts don’t promote your logo — they elevate your legacy.
Each Maison Soirée corporate gift is a perfect intersection of design, message, and emotion — crafted to reflect the values of your company and the people who make it thrive.
As we like to say:
“Corporate gifting isn’t about what you give. It’s about how it makes them feel about you.”
